Opt to Adopt Bandit

Bandit

Angels with Paws
Lakewood, CO

Bandit is a handsome and affectionate brown and white mancat seeking a second chance at love.  He is friendly and affectionate and loves attention and to be pet.  Bandit also enjoys playing.

Bandit had a home once.  But when his owners got a new dog and Bandit didn't get along with him, they tossed Bandit out on the street (poor baby!).  This is where he likely contracted the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus.  Bandit was rescued from the street and made his way to the shelter where he is waiting for his real forever home.

Please do not let Bandit's FIV+ status deter you from meeting or adopting him.  FIV is only transmittable to other cats through penetrating bite wounds, and most cats with FIV live long and healthy lives with proper care.

Bandit gets along with his other FIV+ roommates.  He should not live with dogs, but he should be fine with older cat-friendly children.

To meet this sweet mancat, please visit Angels with Paws, located at 2540 Youngfield St. in Lakewood, CO.  You can call the shelter at 303-274-2264 for more information.

  8. What bright eyes you have, Bandit! I don't get why humans toss out a kitty when he doesn't get along with a new dog - the dog came second, it's the dog that should go back to where ever it came from.

  13. We think we cannot bare another story of a cat being tossed because it didn't get along with a new pet. These types of people do not deserve to share their home with any animal. We are so happy that Bandit was rescued, and we will be purring and praying that he soon has the loving home he deserves.
