Milita's Monday: Animal Communication Session

Carmine has graciously decided to allow me, the Mom, to take over his Mancat Monday post to share about Milita's animal communication session with you.  Thank you, Carmine!

Last week, I had the pleasure of talking with Milita with Danielle Tremblay as our animal communicator.  I decided to do this session because ever since Jewel's passing, Milita has had one health issue after another, which is not at all like her.  Milita has always been a very healthy cat, so I was really baffled as to what was going on with her.  Of course Milita has seen the vet, and we are treating her for the cystitis the vet diagnosed her with.  Still, something seemed "off" about Lita, and I wasn't able to figure out what it was.

I had seen the work Danielle had done with some other kitties, and a gracious and wonderful friend of ours split the cost of the session with us so that we could gain some insight into what's going on.

Milita laid on our friend, D's, should nearly the whole session, purring up a storm!  She came right over at the beginning of the session; I think she wanted to make sure she was physically as well as mentally connected.

First, I asked Milita about what is going on with her.  Danielle told us that Milita says she is not sick per se, but that she is having some gland trouble and difficulty processing amino acids.  She wanted to let me know that the problem is not with her GI system or with her thyroid or kidneys.  Lita said that she would prefer to have some fresh Spring water (like the kind you can buy at the grocery store) instead of water from the faucet (which makes total sense to me).

Next, I asked Milita how she feels about that horrible vet situation we encountered a few months back.  While the situation was incredibly disturbing to me, I wanted to know how she felt about it.  Danielle told us that Milita is over it.  She said that Milita did not like the situation, but that I need to calm down about the whole thing and let it go because she has.  Milita also said that the veterinary team did what they felt they had to do and that she was not cooperating and making it challenging for them to get her blood.  She said that she has no more hard feelings about it.  This was really comforting for me to know, and while I am still upset about the situation, I am glad that she doesn't feel traumatized by it.

I said that Lita seems jumpy and anxious sometimes, and I wanted to know how we could help her with this.  Lita told us that she likes familiar places and people and that she likes living a hermit-like lifestyle.  She admitted that she does have some anxiety, and Danielle suggested we try a flower essence to help her with that.  Lita also stated that she wants me to get out of the house more and that she doesn't want me to be a hermit like her.

Next, I asked if Lita is grieving Jewel at all.  Lita said she is not grieving Jewel, but she told us that Jewel was very helpful in helping Lita do the energy work she does.  She says she filters the stagnant energy in the environment through her body to make it clean and clear.  She says that since Jewel passed away, she's having trouble doing all of this work herself.  She told us that Carmine doesn't help with this work because that isn't his role.  She says Carmine's role is that of a social butterfly or a social keeper.

Danielle suggested that I use some feng shui for the environment and to open the windows more often to allow fresh air in.  Lita told us that she thinks that I am sensitive like her (I am) and that this is not a bad thing.  Danielle also suggested that I try some T touch with Lita to help her relax.

I asked about Milita's relationship with Carmine next.  Milita told us that her relationship with Carmine is adequate and sufficient.  She says they are not buddies, but they co-exist fine in the same space together.  She also said that in the past, she was jealous of Carmine, but she doesn't feel that way anymore.  I can see how this may have happened as Carmine has had several chronic health conditions come up over time and has gotten more attention as a result at times in the past.  So I will definitely make sure that I make Lita feel equally as special because she is!  I love them both so very much.

Lita reiterated that she wants me to get out more and do more social, fun things.  It's pretty bad when your cat even thinks you don't get out enough, LOL!  I don't talk much about myself on this blog, but for those who are interested, I posted a Facebook status last week regarding some health issues of mine that are being worked on.  I believe the sleep specialist I've found will help me be able to get out more by helping me with my sleep disorders.  I am very hopeful about the prospect, though it will be a long journey in getting there.

Milita also told us more than once that she is a content kitty and that she loves me (her mom) and her life with me.  That was very sweet to hear.

Given all of the information Lita gave us, I will be purchasing the flower essence Danielle recommended to us as soon as I have some green papers.  I will also make an effort to try and get out at least a bit more often while we work on the difficult process of getting my sleep disorders under some kind of control.  I will also try the T touch with her.

I am thankful to Danielle for helping us communicate with Milita and for helping me learn what I can do to help her.  If you'd like to learn more about Danielle, you can visit her website.  Another huge thank you goes out to our wonderful friend for helping make this session possible, too!

  3. It does sound like you had a good session and that Lita was glad that she could express her thoughts to you. Also, hope that you can let go of some things since Lita has (that must have been good to hear!). In many ways, animals are wiser than us - but it isn't always easy to know what they are saying to us : )

  19. Wow. I'm speechless! What a gift for you - I feel like I understand Lita so much better now. Carmine always seems to be the sensitive soul - but that's just a misunderstanding of his role. Or maybe Lita eventually taught him when she knew she had to leave?
