Mancat Monday

Hello everyone, it's Mancat Monday again!

Mes knows this photo is old and not good quality.  Mes is sorry.  The Mom doesn't has any photographic evidence of what mes wants to tell you (and mes is sure Lita is happy about that!).

As many of yous know, Milita has recently been diagnosed with cystitis.  After trying some things, the vet suggested that the Mom try to give hers some Paxil to reduce Lita's stress.  Mes doesn't know what this medicine is exactly.  Mes is just glad that mes doesn't has to take it, MOL.

Anyway, a couple of weeks after hers started the medicine, hers became more social.  Hers spends a lot of time out here with the Mom while hers is awake and sleeps with the Mom when hers sleeps.  Hers likes to sit on the back of the Mom's office chair while the Mom works sometimes - hers hasn't done that in a long time, and it makes the Mom happy.  Hers hides under the bed less and spends more time on top of the bed (right in the middle of it, even).

You know what Milita did yesterday?  Hers was on the Mom's bed while the Mom was reading before bedtime.  Mes likes to be on the bed when the Mom reads, too, so mes jumped up there and settled down right by Lita.

Now Lita loves mes - even though hers pretends to be annoyed with mes sometimes.  Usually hers will let mes lay near hers, but hers likes hers space and doesn't like mes to be too close to hers.  So imagine the Mom's surprise when hers looked over and saw mes laying so close to Lita that wes were touching!!  The Mom kept expecting Lita to act annoyed and move away, but hers did not.  Hers let mes lay by hers for about 20 minutes before mes decided to get off the bed and go into my pink cube for bedtime!

Maybe next time Lita won't be so lucky, and the Mom will get some photographic evidence, MOL!
