Cat Care Society's Beautiful Fur Babies

Yesterday, I went to Cat Care Society to get Jewel's antibiotics.  While there, I visited with a lot of adorable fur babies, too.  I don't know their names, but maybe if someone from Cat Care Society stumbles upon this post, they can help me with that. :)

I went into the orange room first; I usually start on the other side of the hall, so don't get to visit these babies that often.  The babies in the orange room are shy.  I was rather surprised and honored that nearly all of them came out of hiding and came over to let me pet them.  One of them even jumped into my lap and purred and purred......so sweet!

This one was so adorable, napping on his/her little shelf!

They are all so adorable :)

I learned that 40% of Cat Care Society's cat adoption population are older or seniors.  If you live in the Denver area, have a lot of love to give a kitty, and can reasonably afford the financial responsibility, to check out Cat Care Society.  They are great over there!

I don't know what I would do without their discounted services to low-income individuals.  Their services have allowed me to get Carmine and Milita ALL the veterinary care they need.  I'd reall like to do something for the shelter, but I'm not very creative.......does anyone have any ideas of what I can do for them?  I just want to give a little something back to a place that has done so much for me and my babies.

Everybody can check out all that the shelter has to offer - including all the fur babies they have available for adoption - by visiting Cat Care Society's website.

Sounds like maybe there is some treatment for Jewel. That is good news. Happy Thanksgiving.

  2. Our hearts always go out to the senior kitties. We have to keep Mom Julie from gazing at the adoption sites too long..

Hope the kitties find warm homes and hearts this season.

    Happy Thanksgiving!
